Have you ever grown rice?
Recently, some schools adopted rice farming as study actual experience.
I think it's good for children.
Anyway, I'll introduce the process.
Winter
prepare good soil
Spring
sowing
grow the young plant
rice planting
Summer or Autumn
reap the rice

This process is one simple example.
Of course, it's different from the area and the house.
Also, there are a lot of other works!!
The weather is very important, because rice need plenty of water and sunlight!
Rice farming is not easy work...
So, please appreciate farmers when you eat rice:-)
Is your family a farmer? Do you groe rice? I have never done it, so I am interested! I heared that growing rice needs great physical energy or power, and heared that it is like a sport. Do you agree? I think we need stamina or power to grow anything including vegetables, fruits and even animals. So I agree on what you said; we should appreciate what farmars do to grow food for us.
